I build websites, apps, and business systems for local companies. Big-company tech without the big-company overhead, from a neighbor who answers his own phone.
One-time pricing. No contracts. You own everything I build.
Start wherever your business actually needs help. Add the rest whenever you are ready.
This shop has shipped iPhone apps to the App Store and built full platforms.
Dispatch boards. Live truck tracking. Employee clock-in and clock-out. Estimates, invoicing, memberships, review engines, customer portals. Every build starts from how you actually run your day, and it is all customizable, down to the last button. Here is some recent work.
I do the work before I ask for a dime. When CueOps approaches a business, we do not send a brochure. We build the actual website, and often the whole operating system behind it, first. You open a link and see your own company, your own trade, your own towns, already working.
Want to see one with your name on it? Text me the name of your business. You will have a working demo before the week is out, free, no strings.
CueOps ships real software. Since February this shop has put apps on the App Store, built a full coaching platform, and stood up tools that run every day. If you can describe it, I can build it.
An IAFF-licensed sticker business that ships nationwide. CueOps built the whole operation: a five-tab admin portal, Square keeping 32 products in sync automatically, ShipEngine printing real USPS labels in one click, batch supplier reordering, and a bulk label tool for shirt orders. Shipping that took hours now takes minutes, every day.
The command center this whole operation runs on, every day: projects, customers, todos, and money for multiple businesses in one place, kept current automatically. Before CueOps builds anything for you, it has already been battle-tested on us.
Built for my own kids and tested at the kitchen table. If it can survive a 3rd grader, it can survive your customers.
An AI fishing companion. Built, shipped, and approved by Apple. Tap to see it live.
iPhone app, on the App StoreFree practice-plan builder for coaches, live on the App Store. Tap to see it.
An AI meeting copilot that transcribes calls and drafts the work while you talk.
A full property management platform: rent, maintenance, tenant portal.
Scheduling, shipping, and inventory systems built for local companies, running daily.
Websites, systems, apps, platforms. One neighbor, one shop, no handoffs.
Or fill out the form below. Either way, I hear back from you the same day.
You see it live and we tweak until it is right. I make changes in minutes, test me.
One-time price, no contracts. Cancel anything anytime and everything stays yours.
Most folks have no idea what a website or these tools actually run, because the big companies keep it foggy on purpose.

No monthly bills, by design. Monthly subscriptions reward coasting. I take 2% of sales instead, so I only make money when you do. A slow month for you is a slow month for me, which keeps me invested exactly like you are.
Some perspective: Stripe and Square take 2.6 to 2.9 percent just to process a payment, and they never send you a single customer. My 2 percent is less than that, and it comes with your own tech and marketing guy.
What the Partnership covers: the base package. Your website plus the core customer hub: customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, and review requests. The everyday engine of the business. Bigger builds, things like live dispatch, GPS truck tracking, employee time clocks, and custom apps, are add-ons: quoted flat and fair, and on large builds, priced as a percentage of the job. That way a $500 start stays $500, and a $40,000 build gets priced like one.
A couple of dollars a job. That is it. I do not get a piece of your company. I get a small thank you for helping grow it.
I coach youth sports, build tech, and live here. No office, no staff, no ad budget, which is why the prices look like that. I keep my costs near zero so I can charge a fraction of what an agency charges and still do careful work.
When you text CueOps, you are texting me.
No. If you can send a text message, you can use this. And if you would rather not touch the back end at all, that is fine. I can run it for you.
I move everything over. Every customer, every past job, every invoice, I bring it all across, so you do not re-type a thing.
Days for a website, about a week for a full system. You see it live along the way and we tweak until it is right.
No catch. I keep my overhead near zero, so the price stays low. No office, no staff, no ad budget.
Text me and I jump on it. The first week after launch, I am on call around the clock.
No, any local business. If you can describe it, I can build it.
Fill this out and I will reach out. No pressure and no hard feelings either way.
I will reach out within a day. Talk soon.
