Bonney Lake, WA

Your neighborhood tech shop.

I build websites, apps, and business systems for local companies. Big-company tech without the big-company overhead, from a neighbor who answers his own phone.

What I Build

Four ways I can help

Start wherever your business actually needs help. Add the rest whenever you are ready.

01 / Websites

A real website, built for how you actually work.

  • Custom site with your name, your services, your reviews
  • Looks perfect on phones, where your customers are
  • Click-to-call and click-to-text built in
  • Hosting included, no hidden monthly bill
From $100, one-time

02 / Business Systems

Your whole operation on one screen.

  • Customer hub (CRM): every job and quote in one place
  • Quotes and invoicing, get paid by card, Zelle, or Venmo

03 / Apps & Custom Tools

If you can describe it, I can build it.

This shop has shipped iPhone apps to the App Store and built full platforms.

  • Custom scheduling tools and calculators
  • Customer portals built around how you work
  • iPhone apps
  • Automations that do the boring work for you
Quoted flat, no surprises
Your Tool
04 / Your Own Tech Guy

A tech department for a couple dollars a job.

  • 2% of sales, never over $250 a month
  • Nothing in a slow month
  • I market for my partners
  • I only make money when you do
The Partnership, see below
The site says we close Sundays. We stopped doing that.
Fixed. Refresh.

That was fast.
That is the job.
Recent Work

If it runs your business, I can put it on a screen.

Dispatch boards. Live truck tracking. Employee clock-in and clock-out. Estimates, invoicing, memberships, review engines, customer portals. Every build starts from how you actually run your day, and it is all customizable, down to the last button. Here is some recent work.

The demo-first promise

I do the work before I ask for a dime. When CueOps approaches a business, we do not send a brochure. We build the actual website, and often the whole operating system behind it, first. You open a link and see your own company, your own trade, your own towns, already working.

Want to see one with your name on it? Text me the name of your business. You will have a working demo before the week is out, free, no strings.

The custom shop

When the job is bigger than a website.

CueOps ships real software. Since February this shop has put apps on the App Store, built a full coaching platform, and stood up tools that run every day. If you can describe it, I can build it.

Live right now

Real systems, running today

Live client system

Local Customs, WA

An IAFF-licensed sticker business that ships nationwide. CueOps built the whole operation: a five-tab admin portal, Square keeping 32 products in sync automatically, ShipEngine printing real USPS labels in one click, batch supplier reordering, and a bulk label tool for shirt orders. Shipping that took hours now takes minutes, every day.

We run our own company on it

CueOps HQ

The command center this whole operation runs on, every day: projects, customers, todos, and money for multiple businesses in one place, kept current automatically. Before CueOps builds anything for you, it has already been battle-tested on us.

Food Trucks of Tehaleh community schedule platform
Food Trucks of Tehaleh
A community platform: daily truck schedules, an interactive map, and an admin that syncs straight from Google Calendar.

The learning lab

Built for my own kids and tested at the kitchen table. If it can survive a 3rd grader, it can survive your customers.

And off the web

CastAI

An AI fishing companion. Built, shipped, and approved by Apple. Tap to see it live.

CoachPilot Practice Plans

Free practice-plan builder for coaches, live on the App Store. Tap to see it.

MeetingBuilder

An AI meeting copilot that transcribes calls and drafts the work while you talk.

CueOpsPM

A full property management platform: rent, maintenance, tenant portal.

Client ops platforms

Scheduling, shipping, and inventory systems built for local companies, running daily.

Websites, systems, apps, platforms. One neighbor, one shop, no handoffs.

How It Works

Three steps, start to finish

01

Text me what you need

Or fill out the form below. Either way, I hear back from you the same day.

02

I build it in days, not months

You see it live and we tweak until it is right. I make changes in minutes, test me.

03

You own it

One-time price, no contracts. Cancel anything anytime and everything stays yours.

The Honest Table

What this normally costs

Most folks have no idea what a website or these tools actually run, because the big companies keep it foggy on purpose.

Your option Upfront Every month after Who does the work
Do it yourself
Wix, Squarespace
Free to $200 $20 to $50, forever You, nights and weekends
Hire an agency $2,000 to $5,000 $100 to $500 Them, on their timeline
Job software
Jobber, Housecall Pro
Free $50 to $200, forever Software only. No website, no human
CueOps $100 to $500 one-time $0 required A neighbor who answers, same-day changes

Swipe the table sideways to see it all.

The Partnership

I would rather be your partner than your landlord

No monthly bills, by design. Monthly subscriptions reward coasting. I take 2% of sales instead, so I only make money when you do. A slow month for you is a slow month for me, which keeps me invested exactly like you are.

Some perspective: Stripe and Square take 2.6 to 2.9 percent just to process a payment, and they never send you a single customer. My 2 percent is less than that, and it comes with your own tech and marketing guy.

What the Partnership covers: the base package. Your website plus the core customer hub: customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, and review requests. The everyday engine of the business. Bigger builds, things like live dispatch, GPS truck tracking, employee time clocks, and custom apps, are add-ons: quoted flat and fair, and on large builds, priced as a percentage of the job. That way a $500 start stays $500, and a $40,000 build gets priced like one.

Find your month. That is my cut.
A $2,500 month$50
A $5,000 month$100
A $10,000 month$200
A $20,000 month$250, the cap
A month with nothing$0
No matter how big the month getsNever over $250

A couple of dollars a job. That is it. I do not get a piece of your company. I get a small thank you for helping grow it.

Who I Am

Daniel Grande, Bonney Lake

I coach youth sports, build tech, and live here. No office, no staff, no ad budget, which is why the prices look like that. I keep my costs near zero so I can charge a fraction of what an agency charges and still do careful work.

When you text CueOps, you are texting me.

Before You Decide

Fair questions. Straight answers.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. If you can send a text message, you can use this. And if you would rather not touch the back end at all, that is fine. I can run it for you.

What if I already have a website or software?

I move everything over. Every customer, every past job, every invoice, I bring it all across, so you do not re-type a thing.

How fast is this?

Days for a website, about a week for a full system. You see it live along the way and we tweak until it is right.

What is the catch on pricing?

No catch. I keep my overhead near zero, so the price stays low. No office, no staff, no ad budget.

What if something breaks?

Text me and I jump on it. The first week after launch, I am on call around the clock.

Do you only work with trades?

No, any local business. If you can describe it, I can build it.
