Open the Admin Dashboard URL in your browser.
Navigate to your CueOps Admin Dashboard URL.
Enter your email address and password.
Click Sign In.
You'll land on the Dashboard tab showing your KPIs and activity feed.
Bookmark the dashboard URL and pin it as a browser tab so it's always one click away.
The Dashboard is your at-a-glance view of everything happening today:
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from anywhere to open universal search. Search for customers, jobs, technicians, invoices, or navigate to any tab.
Universal search is the fastest way to get anywhere. Instead of clicking through tabs, just hit Cmd+K and type what you need.
Click the "Take a Tour" button in the top-right corner of the dashboard. It walks you through every major section with interactive tooltips.
Click the Jobs tab in the left sidebar.
Click + New Job.
Fill in: Customer, Service Type, Job Address, Scheduled Date & Time, Assigned Technician, Priority, and Notes.
Click Create Job. It appears on the jobs list and dispatch board.
Open a job by clicking on it.
Find the Assigned Tech dropdown.
Select a technician (you'll see their current status).
Save. The tech sees the job on their app.
Click any job to see: customer info, address with map link, status timeline, assigned tech, photos, signature, notes, and related invoice.
Open a job and click Edit to modify any field. Changes sync to the tech's app immediately.
Go to Jobs tab, apply filters, click Export CSV. A file downloads with all visible jobs.
Each technician as a horizontal "lane" with assigned job cards. Drag and drop between lanes to reassign.
Jobs in columns by status: Booked | Dispatched | En Route | In Progress | Completed. Drag cards between columns.
Real-time tech locations on a map (updates every 30 seconds). Toggle heat map view for job density.
Current conditions and 5-day forecast to plan around weather.
Profit breakdowns by service type, by technician, and by customer.
Navigate weeks with arrows. Each row = a tech, each column = a day. Click a job block to see details, or click an empty slot to create a new job.
Click an empty time slot on the calendar.
Form opens pre-filled with that tech and date.
Fill in customer, service, address.
Click Create Job.
Below the calendar — jobs without a tech assigned. Drag them onto the calendar to assign and schedule.
Click Customers tab, then + Add Customer.
Fill in: Company Name, Contact Name, Email, Phone, Address, Notes.
Click Save Customer.
Click any customer: contact info, job history, invoice history, health score, lifetime revenue, last service date.
Automated 0–100 score based on recency, frequency, payment speed, and revenue. Below 40 = at risk.
Search by company name, contact name, email, or phone. Filters in real time.
Click Technicians tab, then + Add Technician.
Fill in: Name, Phone, Hourly Rate, Skills, Commission %.
Click Save.
Each card shows: name, status, jobs completed, revenue generated, avg completion time, customer rating.
Open tech's profile, set username and 4-digit PIN. Share with the tech for mobile app login.
Estimates tab → + New Estimate → Select customer → Add line items with Good/Better/Best pricing → Save.
Click Send to Customer. Emailed as a professional PDF with your branding.
Click Convert to Job. CueOps creates a new job pre-filled from the estimate.
See your overall win rate — percentage of sent estimates that convert to jobs.
Open a completed job.
Click Create Invoice. Pre-populated with customer, service, pricing, date.
Add any additional line items.
Click Finalize Invoice.
Labor, Parts, Materials, Equipment, and Custom charges.
Click Send Invoice. Customer gets email with invoice and pay link.
Click Text-to-Pay to SMS a payment link. Most customers pay within hours.
Text-to-Pay gets invoices paid 3x faster than email. Use it as your default.
Select multiple invoices → Send All or Mark Paid in bulk.
Open invoice → Record Payment → Enter amount, method, date. Status updates to Paid.
Time Clock tab → click Clock In or Clock Out next to each tech.
Techs can also clock in/out from their mobile app. Admin clock-in is useful for adjustments.

On iPhone, you MUST use Safari. Chrome on iOS doesn't support "Add to Home Screen."
Open Chrome.
Navigate to the Field Tech App URL.
Tap the three-dot menu (top-right).
Tap "Add to Home screen" → Add.
Enter the username and PIN your admin set up for you.
After login, see all your assigned jobs for today: customer, address, service type, time, status.
Start Driving — GPS tracking begins, status = En Route.
Arrived — Status = Arrived.
Start Work — Status = In Progress.
Complete — Add photos, notes, signature → Done.
Tap Add Photo during or after a job. Photos attach to the job record.
Signature canvas appears when completing a job. Customer signs with their finger.
Tap Notes on any active job. Syncs to admin dashboard instantly.
Your location (blue dot) + today's job pins. Tap a pin to navigate using your maps app.
Time Clock tab → Clock In / Clock Out. Hours go to admin's payroll.

Create job → dispatch → complete as tech → invoice → send → mark paid → check Customer Portal.
Once you've completed this test, you know the entire CueOps workflow.
Check: valid customer email, invoice is Finalized (not Draft), mobile number for Text-to-Pay.
Check internet. Clear browser cache. Open URL directly in browser to see error.
